Fillius

The dwarf is the inept second-in-command of Oakshore's local guard, Fillius Kellaghan (Medium, Neutral Good Guard). Fillius has a nonchalant demeanor and a noticeable lack of gusto. While the captain is away, Fillius can hire adventurers as temporary members of the town guard, whose ranks are already spread thin.
